Writing guidelines

These aren't arbitrary rules — they're what keeps our readers coming back, which is exactly what makes a placement here worth having.

  • Original content only. Must not be published elsewhere, spun, or AI-generated without substantial human editing.
  • 800–1,500 words. Long enough to be genuinely useful, short enough to be read in one sitting.
  • One contextual link. A single relevant backlink to your site, placed naturally — not stuffed into every paragraph.
  • No pure sales pitches. Educate or inform first; you can mention your product, but the article can't just be an ad.
  • Clear structure. Use headings, short paragraphs, and where relevant, a real example or data point.
  • Relevant category. Business strategy, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, e-commerce, leadership, or technology.
  • Original images only. Provide your own images or ones you have the rights to use; we won't publish uncredited stock art.

Yes. There's no fee to submit an article for review. Sponsored placements and retainer packages are priced separately and discussed after your initial submission.

How long does review take?

Most submissions get a decision within 24–48 hours. Complex or borderline pieces may take up to 4 business days as our editors work with you on revisions.

Can I include more than one link?

Standard guest posts include one contextual backlink. Additional links can be discussed for sponsored or partnership placements.

Do you accept AI-assisted writing?

AI can be part of your drafting process, but the final piece must be substantially edited, fact-checked, and reflect genuine expertise — not raw, unedited AI output.

What if my post gets rejected?

You'll receive specific feedback on why, and you're welcome to revise and resubmit. We want your piece to succeed, not just to say no.

How long does the post stay live?

Indefinitely. We don't run pay-to-stay or publish-and-delete schemes — once published, your post and its backlink remain live.
